Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Because our products are personal-care items, opened or used products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at homesteadtalloweugene@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

To request a return, contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
